Zinc-alloy pillar and steel components using the common Master Rail pillar-end system, independently tested to an observed pillar-fracture point of 202.9 kgf.
Material / Finish
The brushed gold PVD finish brings a warm metallic accent to contemporary bathroom schemes. Steel tube and plate components are combined with a zinc-alloy mounting pillar and a steel large round cover plate.
Strength / Testing
The Master Rail pillar-end fixing system was independently static-load tested by A.C.M. Laboratory Pty Ltd, a NATA-accredited laboratory (Accreditation No. 723). In the tested timber stud-wall assembly, pillar fracture occurred at 202.9 kgf (ACML Report 723 6950/26, issued 12 August 2026).
This is the observed failure point—not a safe working load. The result applies only to the tested configuration using four 40 mm × 6g steel fixing screws per pillar. The test relates to the common pillar-end fixing system rather than the complete product.
Installation
For maximum strength, install into a timber stud, brickwork or another solid substrate. Supplied wall plugs are suitable for masonry installations, including brick or tiled masonry walls. If fixing to plasterboard only, use suitably rated toggle bolts or equivalent heavy-duty anchors (not included).
Care
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry with a clean cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and solvent-based cleaners.
